77PH respects the privacy of all users registered in the platform and it takes steps to ensure the security of the data they provide during registration and verification. Additionally, 77PH will never divulge any sensitive information to third parties unless specifically requested by relevant law enforcement agencies. The only exception is basic payment service providers that require said information to process transactions.

All data collected by the platform is secured by being sent to offshore servers through secure gateways.

The main reason the platform collects information is to keep track of the players registered in the platform as well as any blacklisted users. All collected login credentials are kept secure in offshore servers and these are tightly monitored to keep them safe from external intrusions.

The first user data that will be collected by the platform is the user’s registration and login information collected during the initial account registration process. The platform collects the following information during the registration process:

This also reduces the chances of individuals with fake identities from registering as they will need a functional banking method registered under the same name as the full name they’ll input to verify their identity.

Privacy Policy: Binding a Transaction Account

If a user mistakenly binds a transaction method under a different name from the one registered in the casino, they will need to contact customer support for assistance. The user will need to provide a selfie and a picture of their ID to be able to process the unbinding of the account.
